Tips for a getting the most out of classes

Bring all the material you have received from us. If I or any TA ask you to retrieve materials, you should have them. Bring your materials.

Pick a quiet seat, somewhere you won't be distracted. It's like a television trying to stay on one station but can't because someone else is controlling the stations however they feel. Pick a quiet seat.

Work on what needs to be done for checking your answers from homework. Then work on classwork. Just before you leave, ask for homework for Math and Reading etc. Share with us two things you learned today. Then you may leave. We must know when you are leaving because we are responsible for students coming and leaving the center.
